Norwell is largely custom-home country. The lots are generous, the builds tend to be architect-drawn, and the drywall scope frequently includes the details that make a house feel custom: vaulted and coffered ceilings, curved walls, deep soffits, and built-in niches that all have to be framed accurately before board goes up.
We work with several custom builders in this part of the South Shore. On these projects the drywall crew is effectively setting up the painter, and a flawless Level 5 finish is the difference between a good-looking house and one that photographs well. The North River corridor also brings moisture considerations on lower levels.
