Milton is a town of older, well-kept homes, and that shapes the work. Much of the housing stock around Milton Village, Brush Hill and the edges of the Blue Hills Reservation predates modern drywall entirely, which means we are often tying new board into original plaster rather than starting from bare framing.
That transition is where a lot of contractors leave a visible seam. We build up the joint properly and match the surrounding texture so the repair disappears instead of announcing itself under raking light. We also do a steady amount of ceiling work in Milton, usually water damage from older roofs and radiator lines.
